Changing Spaces was tasked with completing and furnishing this newly built penthouse apartment, an exquisite
space offering sweeping views of the ocean. Every detail of the design was thoughtfully curated to complement the remarkable vistas beyond the expansive patio. Our design process began with creating bespoke furniture pieces, drawing inspiration from the breathtaking surroundings to ensure the interior felt connected to its environment. The color palette for the fabrics was carefully chosen to harmonize with the exteriors, allowing the beauty of the natural landscape to remain the focal point. The tones and textures selected were subtle and sophisticated, enhancing the overall elegance of the space without competing with the views. As the apartment was designed for a high-end rental market, special attention was paid to ensuring both practicality and luxury. We selected durable, yet inviting fabrics that exude warmth and comfort, making the space perfect for both entertaining and relaxation. The layering of varied textures throughout the apartment adds depth, creating a tactile richness that invites guests to linger. The wallpaper chosen for each room provides the ideal backdrop, setting a refined tone while allowing the carefully curated artwork to come to life against the textured surfaces.
